5) the heating temperature of the plastic mold quenching is too high to generate overheating or overheat.
6) when the mold is hardened, the temper will not be timely or hot.

8) improper grinding process of die heat treatment.
9) there are high tensile stresses and microcracks in the hardened layer after the mould heat treatment.
