Ten aspects of hot runner treatment

1.Positive fire: heat the steel or steel parts to the critical point AC3 or above for a certain period of time to cool in the air and obtain the heat treatment process of pearlitic tissue.

2.Annealing annealing: hypoeutectoid steel workpiece heated to above AC3 20 to 40 degrees, heat preservation after a period of time, with the slow cooling furnace (or buried in the sand or lime cooling) to 500 degrees Celsius in air cooling heat treatment process

3.Solid solution heat treatment: heat the alloy to a single phase zone of high temperature to maintain constant temperature, so that the excess phase is fully dissolved into the solid solution and then quickly cooled to obtain the heat treatment process of the supersaturated solid solution.

4.Aging: the properties of alloys change with time when they are placed at room temperature or slightly higher than room temperature after the solid solution heat treatment or cold plastic deformation.

5.Solid solution treatment: to dissolve various phases in the alloy, strengthen the solid solution and improve the toughness and corrosion resistance, eliminate stress and softening, so as to continue processing and forming.

6.Aging treatment: heat and heat preservation of the precipitated phase, so as to solidify the precipitate and increase the strength.

7.Quenching: the process of heat treatment of unstable tissue structures such as martensite in the cross section or within a certain range of the workpiece can be obtained by cooling the steel austenitizing with appropriate cooling speed.

8.Heated to a critical point to tempering after quenching workpiece AC1 under proper temperature keeping time, method of cooling, then used to meet the requirements for the organization and performance of the heat treatment process required

9.Carbonitriding of steel: carbon nitride is the process of penetrating carbon and nitrogen into the surface of steel.It is commonly used in the process of carbonitriding and nitrification, and it is widely used in gas carbonitriding.The main purpose of gas carbonitriding is to improve the hardness, wear resistance and fatigue strength of steel.The main purpose of low temperature gas carbon nitriding is to improve the abrasion resistance and anti-occlusion of steel.

10.Quenching and tempering: generally used to combine quenching and tempering with high temperature tempering.It is widely used in all kinds of important structural parts, especially the connecting rods, bolts, gears and shafts that work under alternating loads.After the tempering treatment, it was obtained that the mechanical properties were better than that of the normal-fire sostenite group with the same hardness.Its hardness depends on the temperature-tempering temperature and is related to the tempering stability of the steel and the section size of the workpiece, generally between HB200 and 350.

11.Brazing: a heat treatment process used to weld two pieces of workpiece together.
